Who we are and what this policy covers
Wealth Digital Marketing Pty Ltd trading as Affiliate Consulting is an Australian business. We help creators build offers and sales systems around software partnerships. This policy explains how we handle personal information through our website, applications, enquiries and related communications. Our privacy contact is ramin@affiliateconsulting.com. This policy does not replace any rights you have under applicable privacy law, including the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.
Information you give us
Creator applications collect your name, email, WhatsApp number and country code, main platform, social handle or channel link, follower range, niche, whether you sell a product, any product link, monthly revenue range and any notes you choose to provide. Brand enquiries collect your name, company, role, work email, website, product category, target regions, affiliate platform and message. We also keep information you provide in later conversations and, if a partnership proceeds, information needed to manage that partnership. Please do not include sensitive information, identity documents, payment details or personal information about others unless we specifically request it and there is a lawful reason to share it.
How we collect information
We mainly collect information directly from you when you complete a form or contact us. We may review public information on the social profiles, websites and product pages you share to assess whether a partnership is suitable. Required fields are marked on our forms. You can browse without applying. If you leave out required details, we may not be able to receive or assess your application or respond to your enquiry. Optional fields can be left blank.
Website information, cookies and fonts
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, requested pages and error logs to deliver and protect the website. The site also records basic interaction events, such as page actions and form submissions, within the browser. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser information when those files load. Third-party services may use cookies or similar technology according to their own policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some services. This policy does not mean that every available analytics or advertising service is active on our website.
Why we use information
We use your information to assess creator applications and brand enquiries, check audience and product fit, respond to you, arrange calls and manage agreed partnerships. We also use it to maintain records, improve our services, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your application details to make a public earnings claim about you.
Contact and marketing choices
When you submit a creator application and agree to contact, we may follow up by WhatsApp and email. We respond to brand enquiries using the contact details supplied. If we send marketing communications, you can ask us to stop by emailing ramin@affiliateconsulting.com or using any unsubscribe option provided. We will respect your request, though we may still send necessary messages about an active partnership or legal matter.
Who may receive information
Applications and enquiries are sent to our internal Slack channel so our team can review and respond to them. Authorised team members and service providers may access information as needed to support communications, hosting, security and business administration. Our website is hosted through Lovable, and Google provides the fonts. Where needed to arrange a partnership you request, we may share relevant details with a prospective creator or brand. We will explain the intended sharing and obtain consent where required. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or where required or permitted by law. We do not give partners unrestricted access to application records.
Overseas processing
Our service providers, including Slack, Lovable and Google, operate internationally. Information may be stored, processed or accessed outside Australia. Provider locations can change, so we do not represent that all information stays in Australia. Where applicable law requires it, we take reasonable steps concerning the protection of information disclosed to overseas recipients. You can email ramin@affiliateconsulting.com for available information about the providers and overseas handling relevant to your enquiry.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps include limiting access to people who need it and using service-provider security controls. No website, email service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to review enquiries, manage partnerships, maintain business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to legal requirements and backup limitations.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Email ramin@affiliateconsulting.com to request access to your information, correct an error or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Please describe your request and the application or enquiry it concerns. We may need to verify your identity before providing information or making changes. We will respond within a reasonable period. If applicable law permits us to refuse all or part of a request, we will explain the reason and any available complaint process. Deletion may not be possible where records must be retained by law or for a legitimate ongoing purpose.
Privacy complaints
If you have a privacy concern, email ramin@affiliateconsulting.com with the details. We will review the concern, contact you if more information is needed and respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another relevant privacy regulator, depending on the law that applies to your complaint.
External websites
Links to creator profiles, partner platforms and other websites take you to services we do not control. Their privacy policies govern how they handle information. Review those policies before submitting information to them.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The current version and its last-updated date appear on this page. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact ramin@affiliateconsulting.com.
