This website is operated by Wealth Digital Marketing Pty Ltd trading as Affiliate Consulting, an Australian business. In these terms, 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to that company. Our contact is ramin@affiliateconsulting.com. These terms govern use of this website. By using it, you agree to these terms to the extent they form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
What the website provides
The website describes our work with creators and brands and lets you submit an application or enquiry. Its content is general information, not personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Consider your own circumstances and obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but offers, partner availability and programme conditions may change. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for representations where applicable law requires otherwise.
Applications and enquiries
You must provide accurate information and have permission to share any material or personal information you submit. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your audience, business or results. Submitting a form does not mean you have been accepted, create a consulting engagement or entitle you to payment. We assess suitability and may request more information. Any acceptance and the scope of work will be confirmed separately.
Separate partnership agreements
Any creator, brand or consulting partnership is governed by a separate agreement. That agreement sets out the services, responsibilities, approval process, qualifying referrals, payment terms, termination and other relevant conditions. If it conflicts with these website terms about that partnership, the partnership agreement governs that subject, subject to applicable law. Statements that creators pay nothing refer to our creator partnership model. They do not mean third-party software, advertising or other purchases are free. Any costs you choose to incur must be agreed with the relevant provider.
Results and earnings
Past results, aggregate sales, creator payouts and examples describe past activity, not what you will earn. Results depend on factors including your audience, offer, content, effort, advertising, partner rules and market conditions. We do not promise any level of income, sales, signups or return. Any affiliate payment depends on the conditions in the relevant agreement, including whether a signup qualifies and how refunds, invalid referrals or programme changes are handled. This section does not exclude rights relating to misleading statements or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit spam, fraudulent applications or harmful or unlawful material. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or collect personal information from it without permission. You must not copy substantial parts of the website for a competing service or use our name or partner marks in a way that falsely suggests endorsement. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website and its users.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, design and original materials are owned by us or licensed to us. Creator photographs, trademarks and partner logos remain the property of their respective owners. Displaying a mark does not give you permission to use it. You may view the website and keep copies for your own lawful reference. Other reproduction, publication or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder. By submitting material, you allow us to use it only as reasonably needed to review your enquiry and carry out an agreed partnership; you retain ownership.
Third-party platforms and links
We link to or refer to software providers, social platforms and partner programmes we do not operate. Their services, prices, availability and terms are their responsibility. Review their terms before using them. We may have a commercial affiliate relationship with a provider and may receive payment for qualifying referrals. A link or logo is not a guarantee that a product suits your circumstances or that a partnership is available to every applicant.

Availability and security
We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend the website. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every transmission will be free of errors or security risks. Take reasonable precautions when using online services. Where practical, we will address website problems brought to our attention. This does not reduce any service obligations we owe under a separate agreement or applicable law.
Australian Consumer Law and other protected rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, remedy or other right under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where those rights apply, you retain the remedies provided by law. Any limitation elsewhere in these terms is subject to this section. We do not require you to waive rights that the law protects.
Responsibility and liability
Subject to non-excludable rights, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party services we do not control, your unlawful use of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude responsibility for our fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The existence and extent of any other liability will be determined under applicable law and any relevant partnership agreement. These website terms do not impose a blanket waiver of your rights or an obligation to indemnify us.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia. Any dispute may be brought before an Australian court or tribunal with jurisdiction, subject to mandatory laws and any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing here removes protections that must apply in your location.
Updates and interpretation
We may update these website terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable law. Updated terms and their last-updated date will be shown here and apply to future website use, not retrospectively to an existing partnership. Changes to a separate partnership agreement follow that agreement's process. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
